    I Would like to call it by the name : Zed-Xchange

    1. As it is easy to pronounce.
    2. Sticks to the original name format as in the case of Zed-Sales and Zed-Service

    1. Request For Leave Using the App (People who are in field can request for leave )

    2. Sign-Off for the Day using Mobile App (People who are in field once done with their work for the day they can sign off their assigned work/task for the day).

    • @ Abhishek Really good feature. This will also help field service supervisors to have a back-up plan for serving the customers in the area where regular field engineer is on leave.

      Field Service Managers will also benefit in making optimal service route plan and mis-commitments to the customers can be avoided.

    I Would like to call it by the name : Zed-Wap

    Reason-:
    1.It is easy to pronounce.
    2.It is meaningful as it is particularly indicating for mobile users

    • @ Richa Many Thanks for your name suggestion. Zed-Service Mobile App will run on Mobile [WAP] Browsers as well as a Thin Client Offline App. We are looking for a name that positions wholesome understanding.

      Thanks for suggesting very good feature related to daily attendance solution for field engineers. If it works effectively, it should be win-win both for the employer as well as the employee.

    See Daily Activity Summary (Person who is using it can see/review it’s daily activity and the person who is co-coordinating in the field can view activity summary for each and every person in the field individually)

    –> Name should be the same as it is whether using Mobile or PC

    —> Such as to monitor like calls pendency and manage inventory

    3. Will you also need a KPI Dashboard on Zed-Service™ Mobile App similar to what you see and get on the Zed-Service™ Web platform?
    —> Yes KPI dashboard is important and also need graphical reports.

    4. Do you recommend a platform independent Zed-Service™ Mobile App or a Native App?
    —> Should be useful on all mobile platforms.

    5. What all value-added features you would like to see in the Zed-Service™ Mobile App?
    —> A. Application alert where user need to perform action.
    B. Quick running graphical reports.
